Ranar inda Allah yasota daga Khalifa har Zubaida suna gidan Yaya Ayuba. Dan ko gida bata kulle ba, kuka take wiwi, da kafafuwanta ta isa gidansu Maryama inda ta shiga babu ko sallama sai ruwan tijarar da ta sauke musu

“Ashe kasa kuke jira ta rufe idanuwan Yayya kuci amanata, tunda kuke zuwa gidana badan zumunci bane da shirin ku aurawa yarku mijina ne…me yasa duk mazan dangi sai Ahmadi na? Me yasa zakuci amanata haka?”

“Na shiga uku ni jikar Hanne… Gwaggo karsu fitar ni daga gidana, karsu rabani da Ahmadi…”
