Bad Leaders
In Nigeria, where hope should rise and soar,
Our rivers sing of dreams from days of yore.
Yet bad leaders, with greed in every stride,
Betray the trust we placed in them with pride.
From Abuja’s halls to Port Harcourt’s warm breeze,
Their promises dissolve like morning’s ease.
They build their thrones on lies that choke the land,
While empty hands reach out with no demand.
