Chapter 10: A Brother's Care

After returning home from school, Aleena went directly to her mom's room, as was her tradition. Whenever she was out and came back home, she needed to tell her mom she was back before going to her room. She found her mom not in the room, and she was tired enough not to have the energy to check the house premises. So she plodded to her own parlor from her mum's part of the house and lay slumped on the center carpet.
